I enjoy the challenge of self portraits. Being the model, I have full control over every image and the emotions I want to convey. This also allows me to be part of the world I create through my camera lens. I am not satisfied taking average snapshots; instead, I want to create photos that make people wonder how I did it.

One thing I loved about creating this series is every photo was a surprise; I had an idea in mind, but I never knew how it would turn out. And every photo has a different effect I can't always repeat - I could try, but it will never look exactly the same.
